Here's how it works:

1. Purchase a box: You can buy a box directly from us.

2. Fill your box: Pack the box with the items you want to send.

3. Submit the form: Fill out the Balikbayan box form on our website.

4. Bring your box to our store: Once you’ve packed your items, bring the box to our store, and we will send it to our New York facility.

5. Shipment to the Philippines: From New York, your box will be shipped to the Philippines.

Typically, delivery takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your location and shipping schedules. We will notify you when your box is en route.

Yes, after submitting the form and shipping the box, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our website to monitor your box's progress.

You can pack non-perishable goods, clothes, toys, toiletries, and other personal items. However, please avoid packing prohibited items such as perishable goods, firearms, or illegal substances.
