Terms of Sale

These terms are the agreement between you and Asian Mart LLC for using Asian Mart VT's website and for orders placed through it. The store is at 60D Pearl St, Essex Junction, VT 05452. Call (802) 310-1332 about an order. Creating an account or paying for an order means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Orders

• An order is accepted when we confirm payment. Showing a product on the site is not a promise that it is in stock.
• Prices, fees, and tax are the amounts shown before you pay. We can correct an obvious pricing error before the order is fulfilled.
• Online orders are paid by card through Stripe. EBT and WIC are accepted in the store. This website does not take EBT or WIC as payment.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone, and address you enter.

Delivery, pickup, and curbside

Delivery is offered on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in the area we serve from Essex Junction. The delivery fee, and any order size that qualifies for free delivery, are shown at checkout before you pay. Pickup and curbside are available when those options are shown at checkout. Perishable food should be refrigerated as soon as you receive it.

If something is wrong

Food and other perishable groceries cannot be returned because you changed your mind. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from what you ordered, call the store the same day you receive it. We will replace that item or refund its price. Tell us about a missing item within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup.

Accounts

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Business pricing is for restaurants and other food businesses. Do not apply for a business account to get wholesale prices for a household. We may close an account that was opened with false business information.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, if we believe it is fraudulent or violates these terms.

The website

Product photos and descriptions are for shopping. Packaging and recipes can change. We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, or place automated orders that interfere with other customers.

Liability

We are responsible for filling the order you paid for, including replacing or refunding items that arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, as described above. We do not limit liability where Vermont law does not allow a limit, including liability for injury caused by a product defect. For other claims about a particular order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Vermont law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Disputes are handled in the state courts of Chittenden County, Vermont, except where a law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
